Helical Tooth Forged Gear

This forging method is aiming to achieve less CO2 emission and become more green-friendly.
By forging the outer helical tooth, we can suggest cost reduction, material yield improvement.

i.e.)
Hobbing allowance is reduced to 0.5mm each side by forging the tooth, the forged material weight will be less approx. 0.7 ~ 0.9kg, and the hobbing chips weight is reduced 50%.
The forged tooth contains the continuous metal fiber flow, which is said to have 20~30% more strength compared to fully-machined tooth.
